- Guidelines to Reset Password:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 upper case letter (A-Z)
- At least 1 lower case letter (a-z)
- At least 1 number (0-9)
- At least 1 Special character ( @,#,$,%
)
- Should contain min 8 to max of 15
- If you enter 3 times the wrong password, you log in will be
blocked
for 5 minutes.
- If you enter the wrong password post 5 minutes re-activation,
the
login will be blocked for 60 minutes.
- If you enter wrong password post 60 minutes re-activation, the
login will be blocked permanently.
- You have to contact – corporate admin for the same.
